You might not know it from looking at me now,

But many years ago, there were times when I was filled with so much self-loathing that I didn’t even leave the house sometimes.

Nowadays, I DON’T feel great every single time when I look in the mirror…

However, today I DO have a deeper love for myself – which includes the container of my body – which I can always feel no matter what.

This ‘deeper love’ or connection gives me the insights and energy to make the right choices for my body, wellness & life. 😊💖✅
