Do these “At Home” Workout Videos that take 10-15 minutes to complete!

Try to do 1 workout video per day, to stretch, strengthen and tone every area of your body, while giving you happy healthy joints and a great boost to your mood.

These workouts are especially designed for women over 50, and include modifications for all fitness levels. You can do these as stand alone workouts or add them to your current workout or walking routine.
