Many of our Members report feeling better, with more energy and better digestion, in as little as a week. Blood readings like sugar, cholesterol and pressure can see improvements in just one to three months.
Health improvements and weight loss varies from one member to another, depending on how closely they follow the plan and other medical / life factors. Typical results range from around 1-2 pounds per week, up to 4lbs per week.
Our Members have lost from 10 pounds up to 142 pounds from following our Method – all WITHOUT counting a single point, carb or calorie or any restrictions on what they can eat.
With that said, the beauty of our Method is, we don’t focus too much on the weight loss. And we even encourage our Members NOT to weigh themselves for the first month.
