You will now add your weekly Homemade Program times to your Calendar, so that the time you spend is built into your routine like any other appointment.
There are two appointments you should add to your Calendar right now:
1. Life-Changing Cooking Program Reading & Community Discussion: Allow up to 1 hour.
2. Life-Changing Cooking Program Weekly Challenge: Allow 2-3 additional hours per week for grocery shopping & cooking to complete your Weekly Challenge. This time will come off what you already spend eating out and preparing your meals, so you may actually end up saving time. Recommended: Saturday or Sunday.
*NOTES:
- Make sure you set the appointments to recurring
- We recommend you plan to do your reading on Thursday / Friday and your groceries & cooking on the weekends.
Next go into our Members-Only Facebook Group Using this link and then post a screenshot of your Calendar entries OR just write in your days/ times when you will be doing your reading & groceries / groceries.
