Weekly challenge
Make one or two Homemade desserts this week from our Decadent Desserts recipe list. Remember to listen to your body, eat mindfully, savor every bite – and really notice how you feel when you eat your Homemade dessert. Try to find that happy place where you feel Nourished & Satisfied – but not overly full.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS:
- Making & enjoying your own Homemade dessert is a fun treat so enjoy this challenge!
- Substitute your Homemade desserts for anything you normally buy for dessert. And if you currently have candy, ice cream or sweets at home then this is a good time to clear them out of your cupboard. You can always buy a single serve as a special occasion – or better yet, make your own version at home. But it’s best to avoid temptation by not stocking those things at home.
- We recommend you stock peeled frozen bananas, almonds, dates & cacao at home – as there are a tons of desserts which you can make from these 4 ingredients, and other common ingredients you are likely to have at home.. These ingredients taste rich, decadent & sweet but are loaded with beneficial nutrients, antioxidants and minerals.
- Remember: Nutrient dense foods can still be high in calories. So watch your serving sizes and enjoy mindfully!
